AUTOTYP typological database: Helped build a typology of verbal inflections in 61 disparate languages by interpreting syntactic and semantic information in published grammatical descriptions.Survey of California and Other Indian Languages: Digitized linguistic fieldnotes and audio recordings and entered and maintained metadata in the database; liaised with stakeholders including researchers and community members.Project: “Who did the what now?”: Annotated a corpus of video recordings with detailed gesture information.

In 2010 I secured a $95,000 grant from the Endangered Languages Documentation Programme (at the University of London) for the project "Documentation and description of Papitalai, an Oceanic language of Papua New Guinea". I conducted field research on the previously undocumented language, and wrote a description and analysis of its syntactic and semantic structure.
