In my role, I am responsible for building and implementing a "value platform" that will enable Triple S's nationwide network of independent distributors offer their customers a dynamic new level of service. From training to facility assessments and quality control scorecards to creating a true business partnership, the platform will offer a robust suite of tools and resources, allowing our distributors to differentiate themselves in the market, and allowing Triple S to secure new strategic and national accounts. I also help members and their customers better understand cleaning's crucial role as an investment in health, productivity, sustainability, facility assets and the bottom line by delivering interactive presentations across the country.
