It was my pleasure to work with Susan for over a decade at Partners HealthCare. Susan led the Technology Planning and Strategy group, responsible for evaluating and piloting technology with potential application in a healthcare enterprise, including virtualization, collaboration technologies, and enterprise mobility management. A focused and detail-oriented leader, Susan is able to bring together diverse stakeholders and lead them efficiently through a technology evaluation to determine whether or not to make large-scale investments. Susan also chaired the Tech Summit Planning Committee. This annual meeting brought together clinicians, IT professionals, and vendor partners in a celebration of the diversity of IT innovation throughout the system. Susan led the organizing committee in assembling the program and speakers for a conference that was the hottest ticket throughout Partners for many years!
