Martin jobbet i Turf Distribution fra 2006 til 2011. Det var jeg som ansatte ham som selger. Martin utviklet seg fort og fikk stadig større ansvar. Han ble markedssjef, brand manager, og salgs ansvar for flere av de største merkene våre. Martin er en begavet person som det var kjekt å jobbe med. Han var engasjert, initiativrik, tilpasningsdyktig, nysgjerrig, morsom og hadde en drive og dedikasjon til jobben som smittet til alle rundt ham. Martin er sterk sosialt og var veldig godt likt blant kundene våre. Han var en drømme ambassadør for firmaet. På internasjonale salgsmøter vant vi flere priser grunnet Martin sine salgsresultater. Martin hadde høys stjerne hos produsenten i USA. Martin utviklet seg veldig i den perioden han var ansatt i Turf. Han fikk stor forretningsforståelse og kunne se det store og hele bildet i sammenheng. Dette medførte at Martin var min største bidragsyter på det strategiske nivå. Martin er en ressurs jeg vil anbefale på det sterkeste. Jeg ønsker ham lykke til videre!
