At Miramar I was able to experience everything that an integrated marketing agency can offer. From day one I was managing all the activity for Miramar’s key account whose sales exceeded £500 million. The turnover of work was incredibly quick which meant I had to react well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail when proofing under a deadline. During my time at Miramar I pitched for and won two new accounts for the agency and then proceeded to manage complete rebrands for these clients. My role was to ensure that the media budgets of my premium and luxury brand clients worked as hard as possible for them. I joined Cream in June 2011 and worked across a wide range of clients including Pandora, Abercrombie & Kent, UGG and Daks.Working as an account manager across some of the UK’s top luxury & fashion brands allowed me to take my career to the next level. Managing these top accounts has allowed me to develop even stronger client and media owner relationships enabling me to work collaboratively with clients and their other partner agencies to deliver even better results. This is even more significant when working on small budgets where I have had to utilise my creativity skills to identify new opportunities and in turn build leading media strategies that have made a real difference to my clients businesses. My main role at Cream was to provide fully integrated communications planning & buying for my clients but ever more the lines between all the marketing agency partners is becoming blurred. This has then allowed me to build on my knowledge of all aspects of the marketing function where I have been involved in sponsorship, events, PR and creative testing & advising.
