Providence, Rhode Island Area This restaurant is still one of my favorites, I would go back and work for chef in a heartbeat. He’s a great guy and a great chef. I was able to learn a lot and grow as a prep cook there.

Wells, ME Joshua's Restaurant and Bar (recently closed down as a result of chef's personal reasons) was a fine casual dining restaurant. The main source of produce came from an organic farm run by the father of the owner. The produce which came from that farm was incredible. I learned about and was able to taste the delicious produce that came from the farm. On the job, I was pushed to become faster, always being told that speed was the name of the game.
