Assistant Director (ADs) are trained student leaders work closely with Resident Directors in each residence hall. AD's reside on each floor to assist students and create an atmosphere of community and respect. My purpose as a AD's is to be able to be there for those students and help them become the greatest version of themselves by sharing my experiences as a senior student, while also understanding how we can enhance student retention and make them understand that they can connect with our values at the same time making them feel represented.

Head Coach U9/U13. During my internship as a Head Coach in Minnesota Rush, I was able to work with two teams (U9/U13). When I first accepted the coaching internship, most people advised me that it might not be the best choice because it was not directly related to my degree, Something that I believe is that no matter where we work, we must be able to step up and get as much knowledge as possible from any experience. Being able to work with younger kids while also working with parents helped me develop my communication skills, connect my thoughts, ideas, plans, mission and vision with both of them was something that I would never have gotten from other experiences. I have to create different finance program to follow the budget of the time at the same time of having the opportunity to plan many components such as the games calendar, tournament, travel, finances, budget of the team, monthly practice sessions, weekly practice sessions, and daily practice sessions. being able simultaneously to provide a good services to my young costumer at the same time to provide a great experiences for the family member. My major objective was to be able to give such a fantastic environment that we could develop a community in the club and make a difference between our club and the others.
