Assisted in organizing fundraisers for the medical mission to Ihe, Enugu, Nigeria, that help prevent malnutrition, morbidity, and mortality of children by providing nutrition and health education. The outreach of this mission is also extended to the Washington metropolitan area, where I assisted in the organization of Community Health Fairs at the Church of the Living God that provides nutrition education and medical programs to people living in the Washington metropolitan area. During a challenging time when many families were struggling to make ends meet due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had the opportunity to volunteer at local public schools in the Maryland/D.C. area to assist in distributing food care packages. As a volunteer, my primary responsibility was to help ensure that the distribution process ran smoothly and efficiently. This involved following all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone involved.
