      For a number of years I was the main point of contact in a busy Engineering Design team. In charge of dealing with queries from customers and the customer services department, and allocating work out to a group of engineers and drafters.More recently I was involved in R&D work on a range of tools from concept through to prototype testing. This involved designing, calculations, draughting, preparation of procedures and documentation, and witnessing testing.
