      Managing a record label was an amazing experience, I was able to implement a lot of what I learnt in my degree into the business, identifying and testing what strategies would work best. The label originally started up as a music events label local to Herefordshire, now the label hosts multi-genre music events across the UK. The business grew at a fast rate and became a well-established brand, releasing regular music for drum and bass enthusiasts across the globe.
