I had the pleasure to work in 3 projects with Carolina in Brazil in my team in some projects and I would highlight the international jobs: 2014 FIFA World Cup Press Center and 2 trade shows for for the Ministry of Tourism of Argentina - WTM Latin America 2018 and Expo ABAV 2019. All I can say is that Carol has some important characteristics to work in events and PR: - Strong oral and written communication, fluent in English and Spanish - Ability to connect with people from different countries and cultures - Sense of priority and ability to organize, but also improvisation. - Time management, committed with respect for the work of other colleagues and consumers. - Problems solution, the most important skill to work with events. - Flexibility and adaptability, tolerant and understanding creates a pleasant and welcoming environment. - Deal with pressure, able to maintain the pace of work even when there is some pressure - Leadership and ability to make the team perform in good standard.
