I've had the opportunity to work very closely since being part of the Google TV Ads team. In Q1, he was the AE on my pod, and I was a new to TV Account Manager sharing his book of business. Pete is a fantastic sales Googler, mastering client relationships through his laid-back, consultative sales style, and building trust quickly with his clients and teammates. Pete is also very interested in our products, becoming a product guru for TV Ads, knowing all of the ins and outs of the product's capabilities. And he always makes time for any type of question, which helped me and other members of the team grow in our roles and become better product champions. Pete is also a very collaborative teammate, laying trust in those he works with and is great at providing constructive and honest feedback on shared projects. Pete also did a rockstar job leading TV Ads training for new hires - I had the benefit of a week-long training with him in 2011 when I was new to Google. Pete did a wonderful job coordinating speakers, organizing curriculum, and ensuring we took part in the practice exercises that helped us learn the TV Ads interface, all with a smile and positive attitude. I'd love the opportunity to work with Pete again, he's an awesome, fun, and smart teammate who inspires great work from those around him.
