As PrimeTime Outreach Communications Officer, Cathy oversees all Outreach communications strategy within our association. She is responsible for writing our in-house communications to members and has the ability to make even the driest material creative and engaging to read. As a multi-culturalist, Cathy is sensitive to other cultures and understands well how to communicate effectively across borders. In addition to acting as our Communications Officer, Cathy was recently the emcee for Outreach's partnership event launch and was instrumental in the coordination of this event. She is a confident presenter and was a great success at our event. Cathy's positive energy, passion for her work, precise and on-time project management skills, and creativity make her a pleasure to work and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
