Bio
Tara Prout
I had the pleasure of working with Caroline at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. She was a solution-oriented colleague who was always willing to discuss and brainstorm "big picture" solutions for colleagues in all departments. Within her own department, I saw Caroline successfully conceive of, pitch, and implement new systems and procedures that benefitted her entire time (and the organization as a whole, by extension). As a person, she is a true gem to work with. Caroline is kind and inclusive, she listens intently and asks questions before making assumptions, she's supportive and always willing to share knowledge and expertise. I would love an opportunity to work with Caroline again!

To know Caroline, is to truly be in the presence of greatness. In the years we worked together, I witnessed her go above and beyond for not only her staff, but for ours as well. When partnering with an organization that will rely on temporary support personnel it's critical that they create an inclusive environment. Time after time, Caroline has demonstrated her unique ability to acknowledge and support all levels of staff while constantly striving to see things from a different perspective and think outside the box. It is clear that she takes tremendous pride in what she does. She is a fantastic partner and if you have the chance to work with her, you should take it! You will not be disappointed!
