In addition to the Live Producer responsibilities (identify and drive the resolution of the live service issues, deliver the new updates to the players within the agreed timeline), I am also managing the HUNT: Showdown programming team (20+ professionals). The management responsibilities include: • Project Management: Responsible to plan and execute with a delivery-oriented mindset. Maintenance of the product backlog (refinement). Review and optimize workflows; implement best practices for continuous deliveries. • Team Leadership: Lead programming team (20+ individuals) of various disciplines (backend, frontend, game & engine programming). Responsible for the recruitment & development of team members. • Profiling & Quality Testing: Assist performance profiling (network, cpu and gpu) using custom tools and final quality testing of the product. • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to executive management and to the team. • Live Service: Ensure continuous availability and fast resolution of live issues by performing troubleshooting and coordinating between network operations and game developers.
