It was a pleasure to work with Ramella, she was perpetually ready and able to deliver brand appropriate, slick design concepts in a very fast paced environment. Daily, she was an absolute resource, lending her in-depth knowledge of the business when I started, all whilst producing solid artwrorks and being an asset when collaborating and discussing ideas. Thank you for all your hard word, best of luck in your career!

Ramella was a fantastic addition to our design team and hit the ground running from day one showing great versatility in whatever she does. She possesses a superb ability to adapt to any manner of tasks put in front of her, whether it be simple logo design to redesigning an entire website it would all be finished promptly and to a very high standard.

This was a completely new direction in my creative career as I wanted to try teaching and working in an area where it would contribute to people’s wellbeing. Teaching English as a Foreign language in Spain helped me understand and immerse myself in a different culture but also expanded my appreciation of the English language. My role was to teach online classes and in-school classes, we started by shadowing teachers and reviewing materials for the weeks ahead. After understanding the curriculum, I started teaching and leading B1/B2, and C1 classes for adults. I had always been passionate about English literature and writing so this was a chance for me to grow and explore this area. I’m not so confident in speaking generally, but this experience has challenged me to reach outside my comfort zone and helped improve the way I approach people, and refined my communication and writing. The most rewarding part is bonding with the students and seeing them apply the knowledge that you’ve taught but also learning various methodologies from the other teachers around me.

Roseate Hotels & Resorts, the luxury hospitality brand offers a global collection of one-of-a-kind stay experiences and includes a portfolio of new and existing ultra chic luxury hotels that are carefully curated envisaging the best in design, art, hospitality, and personalized service centered around the guest experience. Today the brand offers a collection of 6 properties in India and the UK, each having an individual brand identity. The name Roseate comes from a bird with pink-hued plumage. Avant-garde, imaginative and contemporary in design, each Roseate hotel has a story to tell. My role as the Social Media Executive is to plan, shoot, schedule, and write creative content to be able to set the best tone of voice for The Roseate Hotels and Resorts. I have shifted to a different creative role but still telling a narrative, visually. This has given me the opportunity to travel throughout the 3 UK Hotels, meet and work with wonderful people which is giving me personal and professional development. I also liaise with external clients for current events and promotions within the areas of the hotels but also work with different creatives to elevate the content on our websites and social platforms.

Providing assistance to ease and offer a better quality of life to physically disabled individuals. This role was on-site which included distributing medicine, preparing office space, and other physical assistance to care for the clients. This experience gave me a different perspective working with individuals with a different lifestyle to me which developed my personal experience with patience, empathy, and understanding. As this was a new area, my client was very patient and understanding, we both supported each other through the training and I'm happy to have helped in any way I can as this was a rewarding experience. I'm more aware of my surroundings and certain trials (physically and mentally) towards wheelchair users because of this role.

Founded in Sydney, Australia in the early 1930s by Eastern European immigrant Jacob Bloch, a craftsman who began his career producing exceptional hand-made pointe shoes for revered ballet dances worldwide. So successful was Jacob, that a full dance range quickly followed. Since that time, the rapid growth of Bloch’s reputation has established the brand as one of the most trusted in the industry. Today, guided by the third-generation of Bloch's family, the company's international recognition has marked it as a leader in the technical dance market. More recently, the introduction of a dance-inspired fashion line for the street has been an instant success worldwide. Our design features, material selection, and construction are all linked to dance. As the industry leader, our dance DNA is found in every pair of shoes we make.
