  I was brought in as Managing Partner and General Manager with a minority stake position. The dealership was losing $2 M annually in 2007 and CSI was in the bottom 5 of the Southern Region for BMW of North America. By 2008, Pre-Tax losses ended and CSI was in the top 20 percentile for the Southern Region. CIT went from 12 days in 2007 to 5 within 7 months. Fixed Operations experienced CP growth @ 105%, and Hours Per RO consistently @ 3.2 or greater. This was accomplished as we began losing 18% of our clients due to narcotrafficante violence in our sister city, Juarez, Mexico. While in this role, I also secured the MINI franchise for our market. Additionally responsible for hiring the firms responsible for the design and construction of this MINI dealership. But the most fun part of getting a MINI franchise was writing, preparing and presenting our proposal to BMW of North America and MINIUSA's Executive Management Team for the franchise rights.   Responsible to direct the dealership operations for 3 import franchises within our Group. I was tasked with securing the architects and construction firm that designed and built our facility, which included Variable and Fixed showrooms and Service areas with 20 bays and Parts mezzanine storage. The Management Team was hired and directed by me personally. They were given the mandate to hire, develop and manage the efforts of a 16 Associate Sales Team.
