As a CCA I’m responsible for efficiently preparing daily mail and parcels for various routes at our station. Also the CCA’s must be flexible, we cover all shifts from when the regular carriers are on leave or on their sick days. USPS requires their crew to work under very tight daily deadlines. I’m very proud to currently be a part of a team that continuously achieves our daily duties by means of effective teamwork and strong planning.
