Very requesting with himself and with his colleagues, José Manuel is the best professional I had the opportunity to cooperate with in my sector. He is simply excellent in: - Creating, managing, motivating and coaching export sales teams. - Organizing, marking priorities and systematically achieving the targets he binds himself to, whatever are the efforts to provide for it. Reliable, constant, with such a military discipline, he never abandons. He is extremely clever in his analysis, fast and right in his decisions. Highly energetic and efficient, I congratulate him for conciliating his professional, family and social life with such a success. I wish him my best in these three pillars of life. I have more than 10 years experience as Export Manager in the olive and olive oil sector. I do believe my opinion about his skills and attitude in this position is fair and accurate.
