Claire is a joy to work with but you'll have to keep up with her! Her mind is always going, thinking of new ideas and way to accomplish the goal. She all about results and moves quickly to get things done. Her knowledge of PR and Social Media Marketing is vast and she's always ready to provide her input and new ideas. She was definitely a "go to person" for me whenever I needed input and advice on PR/SMM the best part is her advice and input was always "dead on".

Claire was with PerkettPR, ran our account at Location Labs, and generally killed it for us. I was consistently impressed with her ability to execute in crunch time. She thrives under pressure. Also, she always had great strategic insight for how to tackle tricky PR-related problems and partner management challenges. She understands the nuances of messaging and positioning and how to adapt stories for the audience. All around, Claire is a star and I recommend her highly.

Continued to lead the Patient Experience team with a laser focus on the delivery of a true, patient-centered approach to clinical trial delivery. Increased market demand driven by competing trials, better-informed patients with multiple treatment options, required the ability to establish stronger, more trusted relationships with patients and caregivers. Leading with insights, the Patient Experience team leveraged primary RWE data-sources and social intelligence to ensure that the patient voice, specifically their challenges and barriers to participation were included early on in study design. These insights directly impacted and were reflected in every study recruitment and retention strategy delivered by the team. The need for constant innovation resulted in new technology and engagement strategies used to remove barriers to study participation while also reducing burden on investigator/study sites. Data-driven, digital offerings increased efficiencies, reduced costs and timelines helping to get life-saving drugs to market faster.• Continued to lead and strategically expand global team of nearly 40+ FTEs • Based on new revenue streams Patient Experience generated > $14M in 2020 and a record $23.5M in revenue 2021 – 147% increase in revenue vs. historic, vendor insourced model.• Introduced new pricing tool and scoping model to support new products and services
