I was extremely sad to hear about Jaime leaving, but also knew that another company would benefit from her extraordinary analytical skills. Jaime brought a sense of ownership to her position and it showed. It was hard not to pick up the phone and call Jaime directly, because she typically had her finger on the pulse and could offer guidance. Any question I had regarding my numbers and/or targeting approach, she helped tremendously. Coaching was an integral part of what she offered when I’d call with questions.
