I've had the pleasure of working both for, and with Irwin at 360insights over the last couple of years. As leader of the product organization, Irwin drove the product practice using his deep knowledge of the product's capabilities, as well as his ability to very effectively visualize and tell a story. Irwin has the ability to convince people to look at a problem from several different angles, in order to move it forward toward resolution. In his role as VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, Irwin was instrumental in leveling up the company's internal communication around strategy and vision, aligning leadership at all levels through workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Irwin once again demonstrated his ability to tell a story, by taking the ideas in the heads of executive leadership, and bringing them to life visually. Irwin's communication and leadership skills would be an asset to any organization.
