I have had the privilege of working with Angi for a little over 2 years now. She is a bright, motivated young lady. Angi’s enthusiasm is inspiring to her co-workers and students. She has the unique ability to have fun while still maintaining a professional attitude. Angi often thinks out of the box and has proven to be a valuable problem solver in her Student Support Services position at WTI. I have often witnessed the compassion she has for the students she helps. She truly cares about people and that is what I believe makes her such an asset.

Angi is such an amazing person, with the biggest heart! Not only is she kind in all that she does, but she is very professional! She can handle many tasks while still giving 110% in all that she is handed. Angi, also always remains and sees the positive in everything, and is always smiling! She is also great with any age of child and knows how to brighten anyone's day! Thank you for all that you have done for my family and I!

Yes, you read that right. "Recruitment" or "Hiring Manager" just didn't fit the bill. The good folks at District 71 said I could make my own title. Challenge accepted. I searched the ICT for the bright, the hungry and talented. They are still looking for you! Contact them today. Be your own boss. Make your own business. Grow your legacy. Grow your community. Own your future. Own a Farmers agency. Yes, you read that right. "Recruitment" or "Hiring Manager" just didn't fit the bill. The good folks at District 71 said I could make my own title. Update: As of July 2016, I was given the additional title of Student Support Specialist. This stemmed from the Resource Initiative I implemented to provide our students with needed resources to ensure their success. I now wear two hats; one as a counselor and community resource liaison and one as a Career Services Specialist. Both positions go hand in hand to help the students reach their full potential, open doors they didn't know existed and have a revolving door of amazing future leaders in my office everyday. As a Career Services Specialist, I assist students and graduates in securing employment in their field of training by providing career coaching, soft skills training, interview techniques and other services. I ensure up to date maintenance of documentation, reports, and student records in accordance with accreditation standards I nurture effective relationships with multiple companies to identify employment opportunities and to promote the school's qualified students and graduates. Semi-annually, I assist in the planning and implementation of Advisory Board meetings. Show less

I recruited, trained and retained potential foster parents. I conducted inner office trainings. I was the social media manager. I created and executed several successful fundraising campaigns. Through my relationships in the community, I solicited donations and cultivated business relationships. I created and updated marketing material. In 2014, I was awarded the Employee of the Year. Leaving TFI was a hard decision. I am happy to continue as an Ambassador and Volunteer for this agency. I recruited, trained and retained potential foster parents. I conducted inner office trainings.
