The Business Development Manager key role is to take NTEX forward into the next phase of its growth with the support and engagement of Management and Staff. The role supports the Company with business planning activities, providing practical and creative input in the development of new company initiatives, the development of current and future strategic and operational plans, bringing discipline to the strategic decision-making process and execution to continue the development of NTEX’s excellent reputation. A key focus is to support development of sustainable business activities and initiatives for NTEX, in particular the recycling and remanufacture of construction and demolition waste and lead the growth of a circular economy in the Northern Territory for the construction industry.

Development and establishment of a luxury eco-resort located on the southern slopes of Mount Batukaru in the Tabanan region of Bali. Clove Tree Hill consists of 5 private villas, on-site restaurant, massage spa and pavilion for group activities. The enterprise was built from scratch and has been fully operational since Nov 2017. As co-founder I head business development, project management, staff training and marketing. Through this business we have been able to employ ten local Balinese people and have also supported a number of individuals in the community to grow their own small businesses providing cultural experiences and services to visitors of the resort. Nestled amongst tropical food forests, surrounded by nature, waterfalls and sweeping rice terraces, Clove Tree Hill is just two hours from the international airport, and yet a whole world away. Each of the five private villas enjoy spectacular views and cooling mountain breezes.
