I've worked with him on multiple tasks over the past few years and have always been impressed by his dedication to fix the problem, his communication about the issue status and his approachability in any scenario. He did a great job leading the FX department and pushed to make great visual effects without bloating the memory allocated to his team; which I am very thankful for. At the end of the day, if you need a veteran who knows how to do his job, cares about the project and cares about the quality of work and understands the impact the work has on the game - Brant is your guy.
