I really lucked out to have Michael as my main supervisor for my co-op placement. Michael is a terrific role model for me, as I embark on a career in HR - he is incredibly hard working, sincere, smart, calm, friendly, respectful, professional and well versed in every aspect of Human Resources. He was always there to guide me and answer any question I have. He was also attentive to my needs, and took great care to ensure that I gain experience in a wide variety of HR activities and that my co-op experience was enjoyable. And add to all this his great sense of humour, which made going in to the office fun each time. I can also report that I have observed that Michael is well liked and respected by all staff at SickKids CCMH. It's clear that Michael adds immeasurable value to SickKids CCMH's Human Resources team and the organization as a whole. I really couldn’t have had a better HR professional to train under.
