I currently work in a larger team with one product and three sub-teams. The challenge has been to make each member feel ownership, while simultaneously developing common processes between teams so that it's easy for everyone to work together. Outside of my day to day team work I am part of facilitating Team Lead growth activities, planning and facilitating how the Team Leads at Bontouch can grow professionally and learn more from one another.
