By quickly and thoroughly identifying our gaps, our practices were elevated to world-class status which allowed the west coast territory to become a reference within Cascades and Sonoco. With my drive for efficiency, I delivered 100% growth with only a 10% increase in staff, doubling sales in a declining market segment of paper mill packaging while consistently exceeding budgeted financial performance goals. With a successful implementation of a product development structure, I drove new product sales on a 3-year cycle to more than 20%.
