Aurelien is one of the best manager I have ever met; he is hard working, highly demanding yet truly humane. Fully dedicated to his job and genuinely appealed by telco stories and strategies he never makes any decision on guesses even though he has an incredibly acute understanding of it all. It is not only about getting the job done to him, he really cares for people, their ideas and their well being. He is a passionate person who will never let you down whatever the situation and your hierarchy position and he always help you express your potential. He acts as a true mentor by seeking to grow passion and competence in his juniors in a very inspiring, fair and patient way. In the end it's a win win game, where people is thrilled to strive and exceed his expectations.

I had the pleasure to report to Aurelien when working for the asset management of RPI and Fotosolarium (Hydro and solar power generation companies) and other infrastructure projects including French regional airports privatization. Above all, I was impressed by Aurelien's drive, communicative passion and enthusiasm. These qualities of mind combined with his mastery of the financial techniques and deep knowledge of the infrastructure sector empowers his team to give full measure. Aurelien has been an accessible manager who never hesitated to provide help whenever needed and who made sure I developed the best understanding of infrastructure investing. His advice and mentoring have proved to be extremely valuable and, without hesitation, I would work again with him.
