I was lucky enough to be a post-production intern for Vincent over the summers of 2018 and 2019. He was and continues to be a mentor of mine. The things he taught both technically and personally continue to have a profound effect on me. Vincent has given me life advice about owning and operating personal businesses, notes on edits that needed fine-tuning, and the more cerebral aspects of making media. Through all this Vincent maintains a professional yet incredibly personal relationship with everyone he works with. And that’s the biggest thing to me… Vincent isn’t solely focused on business. He’s a family man who knows that fostering a positive and personal job environment is important to help make creative work. And when it comes to looking at the work being done on a most cerebral level he preaches one thing: the importance of emotion. When editing or creating media for someone, emotion is a priority that must be kept. Otherwise, nothing you make will have any resounding impact. This could be for wedding videos, promotional videos, fiction films, and so on. It is a piece of advice that has and will always stick with me. Vincent is whip-smart, personable, confident, practical, hard-working, and pretty much every other positive adjective in the english language. I’ve been lucky to know him and am grateful for the mentorship he has generously provided to me.

I have had the pleasure of working with Vincent in a number of different ways. As an employee he was motivated, eager to learn, and always pushing himself. As a colleague he was supportive and caring about having a collaborative team environment where everyone could succeed. And as a consultant he was cognizant of his client's history while ready, willing, and able to help lead them down a progressive and more creative path. Vincent is a true entrepreneur who has started, led and grown numerous successful businesses and ventures. Through all of that professional growth he has maintained and grown client bases because of his thoughtful, committed, and insightful approach to everything he does.

Imagine leading a division with the idea that you would oversee the strategy for over 200 live events. Then a pandemic swept the nation. I've never 'problem-solved' more in my career. We leveraged video, livestreams, new and existing technology to maintain revenue and profitability while delivering quality online events to larger audiences than we would have ever attracted in-person.Areas of focus include:UX and UI for online and live eventsUX and UI online via nomination, registration, and ticketing processData-driven marketing techniques to conversion Show less

Bridged the gap between reporter for the newspaper and online reporter. I assisted in developing the organic, live news cycle that exists on NJ.com. I implemented multiple skill sets including video editing, shooting, blogging, and web design to create full online presentations and visuals. I trained the entire editorial staff on how to use Twitter in their daily, hourly and long-term reporting tactics. And social media properties that I created in 2008 stand the test of time and still exist as avenues to share content for the company today. I created social media profiles on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter that the organization continues to use to grow communities and share content. I left the company on my own merit - to continue to build my own business. Show less
