Erica’s a strong people leader with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a track record of driving business outcomes. Her reputation across the company is universally positive and it’s been a big loss to see her go! I worked with Erica on facilitating Marketing campaigns and supporting our SDR teams. Erica’s been consistently helpful in tackling numerous business challenges and driving real impact in the company. As someone who’s in a role that means working with many, many, stakeholders, I can say that Erica’s one of the friendliest and most effective people I’ve worked with. She’s consistently been promoted and given more responsibilities (at both companies) and has proven herself in each role as well as helping her team to successfully navigate multiple acquisitions and a pandemic. I can’t recommend Erica enough as a leader, someone who’s fun to work with, and as an asset in driving forward business goals.
