  I was titled a "creative director" for a start-up company in Buffalo, NY. I created a visual identity for the start-up, as I designed the web page, logo, and images to support the idea. I also made a promotional video, along with an instructional video on how to operate the website. Working with a start-up gave me valuable experience of working along side a client in creating a vision, and it also taught me how to manage a project over a long period of time. Working with PJ Moskal was valuable experience, as he is extremely knowledgeable in interactive design. I was able to create many pieces that contributed to the project, and the project was presented in April of 2017.

  At Angelo's Soccer Corner I worked as a sales and customer service associate. It is a high volume, retail establishment employing 20 staff and 2 managers. In the time that I worked here, my customer service skills were noted by customers to management on multiple occasions. After my first two years on the job, I was used as a trainer for newer employees by management. My management also recognized my ability to work with young children and their families. They also noted my ability to adapt and communicate with all types of customers. Our store sells apparel, shoes, and lacrosse gear, so being knowledgeable with all the products was imperative. This also was noted by management because I took the extra effort to learn the products to make sure costumers had the best experience at our store. Overall, my communication skills, personable attitude, and knowledge of products made me an extremely efficient worker and important asset to the store.
