Programmed worship experiences in diverse settings across North America, training emerging generations in worship leadership, and song writing, networking with other artists to produce and create relevant worship resources. Served as the worship band for more than 100 events across all four US and Canadian territories. Collaborated with traditional brass bands to jointly record on Singing Company albums, and to play alongside at regional events. Composed and published original songs featured on various recordings. Led and pastored a team of more than 25 volunteer young adult musicians, prepared, and maintained annual budgets, reports, and annual goals.
