    • Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
      • Apr 2009 - Sep 2015

I worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at the South and West Primary Care Mental Health Team within Bradford District Care Trust (now known as myWellbeing College). I primarily worked with clients experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression disorders using CBT based techniques. I held a caseload of between 40-80 patients at any one time, which involved providing therapy in the form of both face to face sessions and over the telephone, another significant part of my role also involved the conducting of assessment sessions. A large part of my role included leading on the delivery of therapy groups for depression, assertiveness and stress management. Part of my role involved keeping up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures and training courses. I have completed Praxis intermediate CBT training, which has enabled me to work to more of a moderate level, including working with clients experiencing difficulties with OCD and social anxiety.I have also provided supervision other PWPs and PWP trainees.
