Since then the department has become a high-quality knowledge hub. Activities consist of tracking developments in sectors. These developments are analysed in order to identify market opportunities for ourselves and for our clients. Results of these analyzes are reflected in the introduction of new products for our clients, in the organisation of knowledge meetings and writing of (internal) articles. Besides this I was responsible for the relation management with our clients who were active in technical sectors. Between these daily tasks several major information projects were conducted, like advising on content management for intranets. I also managed several internal projects, one related to the feasibiltiy of a quality management programme and the other concerned the development of the company website.
