I have an impression about the group of "business athletes". They're the ones, who have substantial talent and mindset to go forward by making a mark of themselves. They support others in their efforts, help customers to exceed their targets, follow through any made promises and start again by over another challenge. The "business athletes" don't ever make noise about themselves, but only applying their qualities by overriding any expectation. They're just like the "brothers in arms" that return to the battlefield over and over again; it is in their blood and are not done until the final chapter is written and closed. That is how Ilja shows about himself every day with his feet on the ground, regardless of the amazing success he have had.
