Arihanta has done a fabulous job in growing Microbix's social media presence! Her marketing tactics helped the company increase engagement swiftly across all 3 platforms. Being a fast learner, working in a new industry (i.e., Biotech) did not pose to be a barrier for her as she quickly chose the right path to success. Moreover, She consistently proposed strategies and took the initiative to implement these in the most creative manner. Arihanta has proved to be an asset to the team since she started and I would love to work with her on future projects!
