Annette has worked for me for the last two years, and has been a great asset to the team. She has found that difficult to attain sweet spot between understanding the business (HR/Recruitment) strategy and translating that to a Tech team that is more used to formal requirements etc. Most recently, Annette has led the work around our I&D initiative of Self-ID in Workday, taking the understanding of external commitments and translating that into the reality of tracking our candidates to ensure we have a diverse population of offers being made. Before that, she was instrumental in the Global Design of the Employee Experience programme, leading the work on Onboarding and its implementation into ServiceNow and any follow-on Workday-related changes. She has an amazing attitude and always wants to learn and grow by achieving more than the original brief, extrapolating based on her knowledge of the goal and past experience to foresee blockers and unblock them before a risk becomes an issue. Her self-starting approach often leads me to find problems solved before I even knew about them. Overall, Annette has a fantastic history of delivery on strategic initiatives translated to the brass tacks of a process and system design, keeping the user experience top of mind, and can always be relied on to achieve both a practical and delightful outcome.

I had the pleasure of working with Annette as part of my leadership team for a highly visible, large scale global project to design and implement Workday Recruit at GSK in over 99 countries. From the start of our working relationship I was impressed with how quickly Annette began making impactful contributions and she consistently demonstrated the ability to link detailed processes to the overall strategy and identify proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
