  My role as one out of three project leaders included planning, scheduling, and recruiting people to the student reception team. Together with our project group we lead this team of about 50 people, making sure they always knew what to do and what was happening while at the same time having a lot of fun. Together we welcomed 70 new student to our program and gave them the best of introductions to their studies and the campus life. From this experience I learned how important it is with good communication within a project, and to build a team that work good together. Show less
