I had the pleasure of directly reporting to Kami. She is an incredible manager and truly helps create a culture that fosters innovation, accountability, and excellence. Kami is a strategic thinker and is able not only to take a macro-level view to identify organizational inefficiencies, but also to take a micro-level approach into the details and find ways to increase engagement with her clients on a daily basis. She can deftly maneuver very challenging situations with her clients and her amazing service skills makes them feel comfortable and confident in her tireless ability to resolve any issues that might arise. Lastly, Kami helps make any work environment more enjoyable and is an invaluable asset to any team.

I’ve had the great pleasure to work with Kami at StayWell Custom Communications. Kami is a consummate professional—she handles herself with grace and assurance in even the most difficult situations. This is but one of her strengths as a leader. Throughout the 14 years we worked together, as the company went through typical ups and downs, Kami led the way, instilling confidence in us and holding true to the values we shared as a company. She never wavered in her belief in our potential and her vision for what we could achieve. From her leadership, we learned as a group to be flexible and dynamic—qualities that led us through some lean times and helped us achieve great successes. Beyond her natural skills as a leader, Kami has a keen business sense—she runs a tight ship, always looking for ways to improve efficiencies, innovate, and improve. She is a master at building consensus--helping those with opposing viewpoints find common ground. As a manager, Kami is remarkably supportive and insightful. Her integrity in all situations is unmatched—there are no hidden agendas, so you know you can take Kami at her word. I would welcome the opportunity to work for Kami again and recommend her highly. Anyone looking for a dynamic leader who will take their company to new heights would do well to have Kami at the helm.
