We have 10 offices in 9 countries (in Europe, SEA and LatAm). I was fully responsible for the People Operations in the Barcelona office.

As a HR Business Partner at myTaste, a rapidly growing start-up of 35 employees, my area of responsibility was broad. In my day-to-day work I handled everything from office management to a more consultative role within strategic HR areas. My focus was recruitment, planning and executing team buildings and company events, performing professional development plans for the employees, conducting salary reviews, exit interviews, and on/off-boardings, and developing new bonus system and incentive/motivational programs. Because of my great interest in driving agile HR I constantly strive to keep myself up to date by attending conferences and reading blogs on the subject. Communication is one of my key strengths and by leveraging my language skills I was able to quickly adapt and deliver results in the companies’ international atmosphere. During my time at myTaste I gained deep insight into many different areas within a dynamic, fast moving startup where I had to adapt quickly and hit the ground running.
