   Managing all the operations activity in the plant was conducted safely and efficiently, also act as the Safety Shift Team Leader and "Safety Auditor" for the production department.  Simulated ERP drill with shift members as Assistant On-Scene Commander and conducted special safety meeting.  Spearheaded for the new LOTO improvement project to revitalize the old LOTO systems.  Approved safe work permits, reviewed Job Safety Analysis, and ensured all scheduled waste is properly stored with the correct label in accordance with EMS procedures.  Maintain good 5S standards and PPORF point in all dye preparation, spinning, drying, and packing processes including warehouse areas.  Involved in implementation and maintenance of EMS, QMS and OHSMS of Production section.  Efficiently organized, process log sheets, logbook, check sheets, raw material receipts and other paperwork are thoroughly completed before the shift ended.  Prepared operation daily report during shift and communicate all events from previous shift or any other production matters with the next Shift Supervisor.  Manage technician performance and development reviews quarterly with suggest opportunities for continuous improvement or guidance.  Execute company policies consistently and fairly among shift personnel to uphold the company inspiration.  Delegate work to technicians in shift, inspect the operation conditions, review analysis, and make sure that the assignments are completed perfectly.
