As a Full Time Supervisor, I am charged with assisting the Department Manager with the overall success of the Retail Department at Six Flags Great America. Highlights include being the liaison between the Retail Department team and the Safety , Maintenance Department and the Park Operations of the Park. Working with vendors to design and purchase park specific product for the department to sell. Assisting in the planning and execution of capital projects for the department. As well as ensuring the operational success of the department including overseeing the hiring, training and scheduling of team members within the department.
