Pat is just an incredible guy. He was able to take our company that was operating at a loss and get us neutral in just about 1 year. But he didn't do it by cutting jobs. He did it though treating his customers and employees with respect and letting then now that he sincerely cared about their well-being. He challenged us with incentives to to better. usually people in a position like his have been unapproachable, but not Pat. He was the kind of guy that even if you were the mail-room person, if you had a concern that you thought warranted his attention and you went and knocked on his door, he would talk to you about it. That's what I call LEADERSHIP!

Pat is a very hands on leader. He doesn't just pass off work to people and bark orders. He is very business savy and led our organization to find ways to turn around a $1.5 mil monthly debt to a profit in less than 2 years. We all worked very hard together as a team with Pat, and the key word is with. Pat empowered his directors and managers to get the job done. Pat is the kind of leader that you always want to work for. He does not lay down a lot of BS and try to keep you in the dark...He tells it like it is, gives direction to his team, and helps to get things moving and growing. I would work for Mr. Heck in any organization.

Lightly involved in the management of Lieberman Technologies on a limited basis so that my full-time efforts can be reserved for Navigate360. During the time that I functioned at full-time capacity, we expanded the service offerings to include enterprise web application development and high-end website design and management services.
