  As the Assistant Manager I help oversee our 130+ units and more than 400 residents within our community. While responding to the daily needs of our current community members, and working on marketing efforts for our future residents, I also consistently create and update multiple spreadsheets and documentation to ensure the timely and accurate tracking of information needed in our office on a daily basis. This includes coding invoices for our accounting office, inputting and managing resident accounts into our online system, rent collection, and utility chargeback services for our residents. In this position I have also lead a team through multiple staff and management transitions, as well as coordinated our large-scale move out event with multiple vendors, over several days.
