As an intern for the Legal Counsel Division, I was tasked with reviewing business agreement documents, company deed and regulations regarding the company, drafting legal memos, Board of Director resolutions, and business agreement summary, also compiling company deeds, agreements, NDAs and MOUs from the previous years into an organized index.

  Justice Without Borders creates transnational lifelines to legal aid provided for victims of labour exploitation and human trafficking. The organisation enable victims to seek rightful compensation from their employers and/or abusers. With its offices located in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia, Justice Without Borders develop networks, knowledge and know-hows needed to provide cross-border access to justice for migrant worker victims. As a legal fellow, I was responsible to conduct researches regarding the cases, interview clients and to follow up cases progress.

The project was held in collaboration with two prominent NGOs, Wahid Foundation and SabangMerauke.
