James is a very disciplined, knowledgable, and effective manager. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication, a smile, and determination to accomplish mission. Besides being a joy to work with, James is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed several keens plans for our company that have resulted in saving the NAVY vital tax dollars. During his tenure, we saw an increase in spending budget that exceeded one million dollars. The new savings was a direct result of the plans implemented by James. Though he was an asset to our information technology efforts, James was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company.
