Created the Quality Assurance and System Test process using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for the base of the engineering process. This evolved from an Excel spreadsheet to over 8000 documented test cases. This test process was repeatable and reliable over the product life cycle. Managed the System Test department responsible for all aspects to provide the highest quality product to the customer. Each release was better than the prior release. This includes a Windows based Client (7, 8.1, 10) / Server (2008R2, 2012R2 and 2016), Web (Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox, Safari), iOS and Android modules. Ensure that all requirements are verified to industry specifications and standards. Attended software review and improvement (C, C++, .Net framework) meetings to ensure accuracy of features and changes. Provided support to Sales, the Technical Support group in-house as well as at customer sites. Visited customer sites to gain a better understanding on how the customer uses the product. Gained information on how to improve our process firsthand. Customer satisfaction was paramount. Executed 3rd party test and qualification requirements to ensure certification of the products as desired in the 3rd party environment. This includes visiting the 3rd party sites. Provide cross-function training and ‘show-n-tell’ for Technical Support and Sales to ensure the team was up-to-date prior to product release.
