Restaurant Manager
-
Aug 2022 - Present
Another step up, this time from supervisor the role of restaurant manager allows me to manage a whole lounge by myself, whilst only co-operating with another separate adjacent restaurant in a shared kitchen. This has allowed me to mentor, brief and work with my small team of 4 service staff serving up to 70 guests. Guests include former players of the club, guests of the club, celebrities and many other VIP guests that I met in my previous role as a restaurant supervisor. Most recently I have also been given the responsibility of the post-match service for match officials and the home and away teams, by ensuring their relevant packages are delivered and to help with anything extra they might need. The role has so far taught me how to fully responsible for my actions and the actions of my service staff, as well as better time management and quicker problem solving under pressure. As well as this I have also been able to manage a service for some of the most important guests in the stadium such as the footballers, celebrities and guests of the club. Show less

Restaurant Supervisor
-
Sep 2018 - Sep 2022
After a year of hard work as a waiter for Fabulous Fan Fayre, I was given the oppurtunity to supervise the Etihad Stadium Chairman's VIP restaurant at the age of 17. My role has since required me to take on more and more responsibilities, from ensuring that everything is ready for an excellent service to mentoring and motivating new staff members in order to provide the best service possible to our high-end range of customers, who span from members of the home and away boards to celebrities. This role has taught me to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and to take on the responsibilities that have been increasing along with the hard work. Show less
