Peter was my colleague for three years and would cover the Purchasing Position while I was on leave. In his capacity as a Service Desk Analyst he acquired skills and learnt very quickly and was promoted to a Senior Service Desk Analyst. After his promotion we worked very closely as Peter was the Head Support Person for our rollout of the MARS Project which was the implementation of Mobile Phones being used as automated run sheets in the organisation instead of a paper system. As I managed the mobile phones and Peter worked on Airwatch our Mobile Device Manager we had a close working relationship to come up with strategies to best implement mass rollouts of smart phones. Peter's ability to implement systems and processes within Airwatch to suit the business needs was excellent while also juggling his normal work load. Peter has developed excellent knowledge of the Incident Management System we use (Service Desk Plus) in the ICT Department and he was my main contact if I had issues with the system as he was the System Administrator who set up and implemented the majority of the system we use today. His attention to detail is excellent and work ethic outstanding. I have managed businesses and worked with many staff in my time and I would not hesitate to hire Peter or work with him again.
